How can I place an order?

All orders can be placed securely through our website, www.phloadew.com
or on the ShopApp. Simply select your fragrance or collection, add it to your cart, andproceed to checkout.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Soon, we would start accepting Paypal and Cryptocurrency payments.

CanI modify or cancel my order after it’s placed?

Orders are processed quickly to ensure timely delivery. If you need to make changes, please contact us within 2 hours of placing your order at info@jeruinc.com with the order number and other necessary details.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Where do you ship?

PHLO ADEW ships domestically and internationally. Shipping rates and times vary depending on your location. Please visit our Shipping Policy page for a complete list of locations we ship to.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Standard shipping in USA and Canada takes approximately 3–7 business days
and between 7–21 business days internationally - depending on your location. Expedited options are available at checkout.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email to monitor your delivery in real time. You may receive more than one tracking detail if your order contains multiple items.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

What is your return policy?

Due to the nature of fragrance, all sales are final. However, if your product arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and we’ll make it right. Visit our Return/Refund Policy page to learn more.

What is your refund policy?

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Do you offer exchanges?
